Reports & branding

Turn a finished inspection into a clean, photo-documented PDF — in the language your client needs, under your own name and logo.

Updated: July 1, 2026

Generating the report

Once an inspection is under way or finished, open its report from the inspection or the Reports tab. The report is built from everything you recorded — ratings, severities, photos, and notes — so there's no separate write-up step.

Choose the language

Each report can be produced in English, Spanish, or bilingual (side by side). This is independent of the app's interface language, so you can work in one language and deliver in another. Bilingual is ideal when a foreign buyer and a local seller or agent both need to read the same document.

Your branding

Reports carry your brand, not ours. From your business profile:

Set your logo up while online. The logo must be cached to your device before it can be drawn into a PDF. Save your business profile once with a connection, and it'll appear on reports thereafter — even offline. If a logo doesn't show, open your business profile once while online and regenerate the report.

What's in the report

Download, share, and re-generate

Generate the PDF, then download or share it however you like. Re-downloading the same report is free — on the Single Report plan, the credit is consumed the first time you generate that report's PDF, not on each download. Need to fix something? Edit the client, property, or inspection details and regenerate; the PDF rebuilds from the current data.
