Billing & subscription

How plans, the free trial, and the one-time Single Report work — and how to upgrade, manage, or cancel from inside the app.

Plans and pricing

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN), billed through Stripe:

The current plan comparison is always shown on the signup page.

How signup works

InspectoMX is pay-first: you choose a plan, complete checkout, then finish creating your account through the set-password email. Your account is tied to your subscription from the start. The full walkthrough is in Getting started.

The free trial

During the 7-day trial you can create clients, properties, and complete inspections — the whole workflow. The one thing gated is downloading the finished PDF, which unlocks when you subscribe. There's no charge during the trial.

Ready to deliver a report? In Settings → Subscription, choose to subscribe. The Starter plan is charged and report downloads unlock immediately.

The Single Report credit

The Single Report is for when you only need one report and don't want a subscription. The credit is consumed the first time you generate that report's PDF — re-downloading the same report afterward is free. When you're ready for more, you can move up to a plan from Settings.

Upgrading, managing, and cancelling

Everything is under Settings → Subscription:

If you cancel

Your data stays on your device and you keep read access to what's already there. Creating new inspections and exporting reports requires an active plan, so you can resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.

Start with the free trial

Build a real inspection at no charge, then subscribe when you're ready to deliver the report.
